Systems and techniques for optimizing the implementation and operation of Power-to-X plants

A Power-to-X plant converts surplus or renewable electricity into products such as hydrogen or synthetic fuels. The patented system reads the parameters of a planned plant, generates candidate configurations, predicts their performance with a computer model, and uses Bayesian optimization to select configurations for implementing and operating the plant.
